摘要：本文通过深入的调研某集团化企业所属电厂的信息化建设现状，并针对实际案例提出了问题的解决思路。从而把电厂的企业信息化建设与企业管理紧密结合，通过现代化管理工具与武器向管理要效益、向效率要效益，让企业真正的具有核心竞争力和发展持久力！满足集团化管理中自上而下的管理信息传达与管控；自下而上的数据传递、报送；使企业内部部门间的数据横向共享，数据不重叠，人员工作不重复，不存在信息孤岛；并将多口径的纵向数据流通统一化。
两位老师提供的译文各有千秋，这里有个计算机专业的术语“信息孤岛”，我的拙见认为用“isolated islands of information”或是“information isolated island ”比较贴近原意。就是比喻一个个独立的信息系统里边所承载的信息数据，互相孤立，无法相互关联和贯通，容易产生重叠、多口径计算，存在部分失效、陈旧数据，同时对重复数据的重复性更新工作无疑是一种人力资源成本的严重浪费。
