UC知道误删bootsect.bak导致电脑不能重启如何修复？

启动时提示：1.insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2.choose your language setting,and then click "Next".
3.click "Repair your computer.

联想机子无重启键，不知道怎么重启和进入选择language setting
我现在想知道具体步骤，我的机箱上没有重启按钮，键盘上也无法重启，所以不知道怎么进入所谓的"language setting".
我有系统安装盘但不知道怎么弄，我试过，开了主机才能把安装盘放进光驱，但它还是会到上面的提示那样的状态停止启动

xp的话删bootsect.bak还是可以进入系统的。
开机进安全模式（按F8），点运行，使用“sfc /scannow、sfc /scanonce 或 sfc /scanboot”几个命令修复！
启动到时候把系统安装盘插入光驱 用此盘修复计算机就好了
