开不开机，0 percent completed 数字变化不能完成，急人啊，拜托高手了。
看样子，你的F盘分区有点问题。或者是由于病毒引起的。把全部分区更改为NTFS格式。这样不容易出问题。你的解决方法也不确定。可先等这个过程完成后，再看提示信息。一般情况这个过程完成后就会进入系统了。如果你的C盘没什么重要东西，就直接重装系统吧。装好系统把全部分区改为NTFS。
把你的F盘格式化 用系统盘就行了 然后重新建立文件系统！估计是硬盘有坏道了
可能是硬盘出现问题，可能引导系统进入DOS，格式化一下F盘
以前我也遇到过类似情况，我的提示是D盘，一开机就重复检查D盘，当时我估计是D盘有坏道，进入系统后将D盘文件复制到其它盘，格式化一下，就OK了，这个办法建议你考虑一下。
