smooth可以翻译成“狡猾”吗？

单单Smooth的话不可以。不过跟其它单词（一般都是负面性）就可以。
Smooth Talker - 他很能编话，很能说，又狡猾的意思。
Smooth Operator - 他做事很灵活，狡猾
Smooth Criminal - 他是一个很狡猾的犯罪分子。
