关于一个英文小问题

If i see people littering, i will pick up the litter, throw it into the garbage can, and persuade him/her not to drop the litter everywhere any more to keep the environment clean. If i see people spitting, i will tell him/her that spitting will spread the bacteria and make people sick easily.
I will tell them that it's everybody's duty to protect the environment. If we all keep in mind not to litter or spit, our society will be much cleaner and healthier.
