3.______I want to know是主语，WHAT是引导主语从句的主要词汇，排除CD.is是系词，后面的是表语成分，what不能引导表语从句好像（这句话我不肯定，你查查字典，但是这句话用WHAT一定是不对的了，多读些文章你做题的时候就能一顺就看出来是对还是错啦），还有就是翻译，WHAT翻译不过来，用whether就顺理成章了，所以选B
