我在他家买了东西,等了一个月包裹哦还没收到,通了几次e-mail.昨天告知包裹在邮寄过程中丢了.e-mail中承诺会重新发货,如果缺货的东西(我一共买了5样化妆品)会把钱打回我卡上.
我查了一下新的正在processing的新的order,发现果然有三样东西已经缺货了,只能发我两样.但问题来了,之前我买东西时有用discount code,是他们在我生日月送我的,有10块钱的off.但是新的订单上没有显示这10块钱的off.
我发信去问,一开始说不能给我折扣,后来说能给折扣,但只能下次买的时候再用.
我觉得这很不讲理.包裹又不是我弄丢的.三样东西缺货也不是我的责任.我已经等了一个月了,一直很耐心,好好的跟他们沟通.我英语实在是麻麻,每次写只能表达个大意...英语好的童鞋,帮我翻译一下吧....
我想表达
1.多谢你的努力.
2.但我仍然认为这种解决方法是不合理的.正如我之前所说,不是我弄丢的包裹,那三样东西缺货也不是我造成的.
3.如果那三样还有货,我很乐意付钱把它们买回来.但是不能因为现在的订单不满50块就不给我折扣,因为这个"不满50块"不是我造成的.也请不要跟我说那个discount已经过期了之类的,因为在之前一个订单里我是准时使用了它的.

But unfortunately, I disagree with the way this matter is being resolved. As I have said previously, it was not my fualt that the package was lost, noe was it due to me that three of the items are now out of stock.
If the three items are available now, I would be most happy to include them in the purchase. But you cannot penalized me saying that the total purchase is lesser than $50 and thus refusing me the discount. It was due to a combination of the previous purchase being lost in mail and a lack of the three items at your store. Please also do not tell me that the discount period is over, because it was valid when I made my purchase previously.
I hope you will handle this matter seriously. The delay of the purchase has caused me a great deal of inconveniences. I feel that my request is reasonable, and I hope you can understand that.
