合同英语里面的一句话怎么理解

由买方定货的货物的退修由买方在根据现行合同100％预付款的条件下，在卖方法定继承人的银行账号上执行。

这个retirement不太好理解，是否是退修、报废的意思

这里的retirement用法比较罕见，是"提货"的意思
