c盘空间不够如何清理

c盘除了windows、office什么都没装。桌面基本没啥东西，10G内存进行完“磁盘清理”和“碎片整理”后依旧只剩不到1G空间，导致现在电脑奇慢无比。何解？

我的详细一点,哈,也在用.
打开[开始]-[所有程序]-[附件]-[记事本]
然后复制以下内容 :
