这两个的区别应该说是非常明显的：
1。divide up = 分割；分配（某个东西）
divide up the marital property
分隔婚姻财产
We will divide up the money between the partners.
我们将分割股东的钱。
2。 divide ... into = 把……分成（几部分）
All things invariably divide into two.
事物都是一分为二的。
He divided the article into three paragraphs.
他将文章分成三段。
