假设你叫张寒，你是第三中学的学生。你们村庄前面有一条河，常年清澈见底，是人们主要的饮水源。但今年村里见了一个造纸厂，厂内将大量污水（waste water）排入河中，造成河水污染。为了阻止污染，保护环境，请你向造纸厂厂长（factory leader）写封信，希望他们能采取有力的措施治理污染，避免再次污染。

Dear factory leader,
I'm Zhang Han.I'm a student in No.3 Middle school.There is a river in front of our village.It is clean all over the year.Most of our drinking water comes from here.However,a new factory which makes paper is built this year.The factory dump its waste water to the river,and the water has been polluted.I hope you can actively take action to prevent the river from being polluted again.
