英文的退学证明书

各位好，我是一名在韩国的留学生。
我现在想考韩国的大学，我要用英文写一封大学的退学证明，
但我英语很不好，写得没有什么信心。希望大家可以帮我看看

我主要是拿不准“该生因为出国留学的理由而退学”这句话，“退学”和“出国留学”这两个单词
我不知道正确的表达方式是什么，就乱翻上去了。希望知情的朋友指教··
