怎么修改系统默认字体

桌面点右键->属性->外观->高级，这个我的电脑里面是灰的，没有办法改，有谁知道怎么弄啊

用写字板写好 保存为reg格式
PS 最后两行 Consolas为你要改的字体 00000010为字号大小
