what is the matter with 与..what happened to 有什么不一样

答案是C 请问其余两选项错在哪里？又或者说该怎么用？

这个很好理解的。

what is the matter with 含有什么毛病的意思，在英语中经常有责备的口气。比如，what is the matter with you!? 你这个人到底怎么回事啊！

但是what happended to就是单纯的出什么事了，所以这句话可翻成，事故中的人们出什么事了，或者怎么样了。

A选项一看就是错的，主语是people，be动词不能用was
