1. The seller agrees to replace the goods according to the contract and this Agreement, all cost incurred as a result will be borne by the seller.
2. There will be two copies of this Agreement, each party will retain one copy, effective from the day when both parties signed and sealed this Agreement.
3. Your company delivered the goods on 21 May 2008 in accordance to the contract, but when the goods arrived in Hong Kong, the following goods were found not delivered.
