一道值得回味的英语试题

答案是are reported to have attended
为什么不用are reported to be going to have attended

这里的to have attended就是表将来的不定式。
多加be going to是累赘，而且也没有那个必要。

越到以后，英语越要求用最简单的句子表达最完整的意思。
正如这个句子，直接用不定式表将来就可以了，加上be going to是重复，也是错误的。
