how soon will be open?还是HOW SOON WILL BE OPENED？
how soon will be started? 哪句对。。。OPEN 被动是加ED？举下例子OPEN 的VI和VT 2个被动~

首先的问题是不管哪一个都应是“How soon will IT...(或them或其他的）"，漏了主语拉。

How soon will it open/How soon will it be open/How soon will it start/How soon will it be started
都可以，但是如果是形容什么东西开门，或什么事情开始的话不能用opened.

如果是形容罐子／门被打开之类的动作才用opened: How soon will the door be opened?
