我刚刚帮我女朋友解决了这个问题。弄了一上午。360，windows清理助手都解决不了。

假如你系统盘在C盘。按下面的方法进行。
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc删除里边的hosts文件
这个文件可能你删除不了，不过你可以用windows清理助手的文件粉碎功能把这个文给粉碎掉。删除后，你空间应该就恢复了

为了保险再按下面的步骤：

新建文本内容
