no..i don't think so ...not everybody have that enough time to check his mailbox and eventually....not everyone have enough money to buy the personal computer...if they don't have the computer, how can they mail?
secondly,some information is printed on the books and magazines and not typed on the computer ,so it can't be surfed in the internet..at that time ,you have to buy the book and delivery it to the one who need it..it can't be mail....
