一些正规企业、外企承认不承认，自学考本科文凭，和全日制本科是不是同样的待遇

As long as you're recruited,I'm sure you can be treated as equal as other graduates. Problem is, with jut a self-study diploma, how can you stand out and manage to be selected by those HR managers? What I'm trying to say is there's no shortcut in finding a job, if you don't have an impressive education background, at least you should have more vocational exerience than others. Anyway, you have to find yourself an advantage among others. Good luck!
