My name is Jane Hu, I am from Hunan province ,and I am 21years old .i am an outgoing and activity person. I’m good at getting along with the other people.and I can adopt the new envirremetn and learn new things quickly.

I have 1year work experience in Canadian international organization for teaching asistant. Everyday I have to discuss with the foreigh teacher what we learn today , and how to teach it . In the everning the students need review the lessons through the phone. And then I should talk with their parent about them what the learn and how they feel. Sometings I need to decorating the classroom. In this year I learned a lot from work. I should have confidece in myself even I didn’t have this expirence about something . don’t stick at small difficult things .but keep doing.

I am ready for everything to have a chalenge for my new job.because I have confidence to myself. Please give me the chance. Thanks a lot.

额。。。拼写错误environment，sometimes，challenge之类的，这些自己仔细检查一下就可以发现的。
还有一些小的语法错误，比如说 Everyday I have to discuss with the foreigh teacher what we learn today , and how to teach it ，“teacher” 最好是复数，然后teach 后面的“it”可以省略的。
I’m good at getting along with the other people."the"是要省略的。
and I can adopt ，应该是adapt，adapt是适应的意思，adopt是领养的意思这句我觉着可以说and I can adapt to the new environment soon and accept new things quickly.
need to do sth. 而不是need doing sth.

And then I should talk with their parent about them what the learn and how they feel.这一句，应该是parents，后面的应该是你手误了吧，"about what they learn and how they feel"
have confidence in sb. 而不是 on 或者可以用be confident in ，就是最好不要过多的用相同的词组或者是单词。

最后还有一点，在比较正式的英文书写中，最好不要出现省略形式，比如说 I'm '最好是写 I am之类的，这是我们外教说的。祝申请顺利！
