根据已收听或收看的英语节目，用英语写一篇观后感（100字左右）。

写的是有ICS的一档叫《You are the chef》的节目，每天早上教人做菜的。
During the summer vacation, i watched a very charming English program on ICS, which named "You are the chef".
This program teaches the audience how to cook a delicious meal for your family every morning. Actually, the English words and phrases in this program seem to be a little difficult to me, but I can easily make out the Chines names of those items showing on TV. And thus, I greatly enlarge my vocabulary. Now, I can name a lot of vagetables and sauces in English such as vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce and so on.
The program is both interesting and meaningful and I think I will stick to watch it.
