开机出现Detecting Primary Master st380011A

然后点F1出现光标，然后怎么点都没反应了！请高手帮忙，急急！！！！

启动计算机，按住DEL键不放，直到出现BIOS设置窗口。选择进入第二项，“BIOS FEATURES SETUP”（BIOS功能设定）。在里面找到Boot Sequence (有的是First BIOS Device),通过PgUp 或PgDn选择HDD或harddisk或你自己的硬盘st380011A。按Esc，再按F10键，出现对话框，按“Y”键，回车。

很可能硬盘坏了。送修吧

找到了硬盘但是硬盘上有错误。有可能是硬盘又坏道了。
重做系统或者换块硬盘试试看
