contract for service与contract of service 的区别

contract for service：和服务业相关的商业合同

contract of service：商业合同中的服务条款

两个意思都一样，都是劳务合同，只不过我觉得前者更强调service,contract是为了她而定的，后者更强调contract,是一个关于service的合同。

法律权益和责任都不一样 如果是签合同要看清楚

employee works是under a contract of service. 而self-employed是for service

In UK, there are two types of service contracts, they are "contract of service" and "contract for services". if you are a 'self-employed', the ''contract for services'' will be applicable for you. 'contract of services' is applicable for the person who is called 'servant' or 'employee'!
With the contract for services, the self-employed has fewer legal rights, but greater freedom of action. however, with the contract of services, which create the relationship between employer and employee, so the employer is liable to third parties for wrongful acts of his employee committed while the emplyee was on the job. the employer also ha
