我的相机连接不上电脑了

我用的是三星蓝调nv10以前的时候能连接
现在突然连接不上了
是缺少什么驱动程序吗，要是缺少的话怎么下载
连接电脑后能看到可移动磁盘
但是打开之后就只有一个文档，写的是：

隐藏文件夹里也什么都没有

检查的K文件系统：
该文件系统的类型是FAT。
该卷是脏。

Windows已检查文件系统并没有发现任何问题。

16384字节的文件夹中1。
285966336在128字节的文件。

用杀毒软件杀一下毒试试！！！！

显示隐藏文件夹看看。
