本论文现结合电力系统发展，针对现运行35千伏变电站的相关电气设备及运行、检修实践经验，参照国家及电力系统制定的相关设计规程及制度，按照35kV变电所建设相关要求，依据变电所区域用电实际情况，在35千伏变电站建设设计中主要遵循安全可靠、技术先进、减少维护的原则，积极采用适合当地情况的先进成熟的技术和设备，着重考虑变电站周边地区供电电源的可靠性及长远规划的要求对35千伏变电站进行设计，在设计过程中，主要针对变电站自动化保护及应用做细化的分析。

This paper is combined with electrical system development, aiming at 35 kv substations is running the relative electrical equipment and operation and maintenance experience, according to state and power system for design procedures and systems, according to the relevant requirements, 35kV substation construction according to the actual situation, the regional power substation in 35 kv substations construction design mainly follow safety, advanced technology, the principle of reducing maintenance, actively adopt suited to local conditions of advanced and mature technology and equipment, especially considering substation surrounding areas of power supply reliability and the requirements for long-term planning design, 35 kv substations in design process, mainly for substation automation protection and application of refinement.
