UC知道分析句子的结构！！急！！！

问题：这里的 standing in 是什么意思 用ING的形式是不定式做伴随状语么？还是不定式做定语？where 引导是定语从句 又出现一个不定式 不明白他的结构。。。。。。。。。
2.Italy expectedly spent most with 9% compared with still Sweden seeing the smallest proportion(5%).
问题：句子中的两个不定式 compared 和 seeing 在句子 都充当什么成分？？？分词不定式做定语？？？还是什么？？

standing in marked contrast with是一个短语，表示“与……形成鲜明的对比”，是现在分词做伴随状语，是从句结构里面的一部分，不冲突哈~
不过我倒觉得where引导的并非定语从句。
compared with 引导的过去分词短语做状语，
seeing the smallest proportion这部分是由动名词引导的宾语补足语
孩子别纠结语法了，能看懂就行，一会儿把自己都搞懵了
