这里them不可以，因为这样一来一个大句子中就有两个主语两个谓语了，及两个独立的句子，之间没有关联词，就是错误的，在most前面加个关联词and/but就可以了。
或者There are 100 students in the class, most of them boys.是独立结构的用法。
