因甲方需要，委托乙方作为以下服务供应商，经双方友好协商，达成如下协议：

一、服务内容：
1、乙方为甲方提供国内机票预订及出票、国际机票预订及出票。
2、全国国内酒店预订服务，以乙方已有合作星级酒店为准，（酒店前台支付费用）乙方不代收。

二、合作流程：
1、甲方通过电话及传真预订民航机票，需提供准确乘机人信息（含、乘机人有效姓名、乘机人有效证件号码）
2、乘机所需证件、身份证、军官证、台胞证及护照等有效证件）如提供有误，造成乘机人不能按时登机或需退票所产生费用由甲方承担，需按照民航规定处理。
3、出票前以手机短信或传真方式告知甲方预订人所有预订信息，确定无误，乙方方可出票，
4、如出票后甲方行程如有变化，需及时通知乙方，如：升舱、改签、退票等需按照民航规定处理。
5、以上流程乙方应及时为甲方服务，以方便甲方安排出行计划。

三、对 帐：
1、在每月28日至30日之间乙方为甲方提供本月所有预订民航电子客票票据及完整对帐单带总金额，
2、甲方确认无误，应按照第四条的第2小条协议执行操作。

四、结算方式及日期：
1、长期合作结算方式为 （月结）
2、甲方应在预订月的次月8号前支付所有上月产生费用。
3、支付方式有、现金、支票、汇款、刷可等。

五、争议解决方式：
1、在预订服务条款如有出现甲方不满意情况下，双方以友好方式协商解决，乙方应尽快解决问题。

六、备 份：
1、本合同一式两份，甲乙双方各执行一份，有效日期为一年，签订日期起为准，

七、以下需甲乙双方公司敲章及负责人签字有效。
