is not decided,也就是B选项，可以选但是不标准。准确的应该是has not been decided

yet一般来说就是跟完成时。只有一种情况例外，就是表达但是的意思，比如
Yet she did it anyways even though I told her not to 尽管我告诉她不要这么做，她还是做了

yet可以不跟完成时连用
此句A选项应改为被动has not been decided就可以选了

不一定，A选项无被动形式
