英语讲究先主后次，先地点后时间，正好和汉语相反。同类副词同时使用时，小单位在前，大单位在后。
him\we shall meet\at the harbour\early\in the morning
时间属于小单位
we will meet at the harbour at 6:00 pm in the afternoon.
