请问第二个我可以钩NO吗?有什么影响吗?

Actually it does not bother you indeed,especially in China. Since there are so many recommendations are written and signed by student-selves, thus you surely have the opportunity to check what on the recommendations.
And if thess letters are written by your tutors or professors, and they do not want anybody except the admission committee to know the detail content. You have no necessities to know as well.
Therefore, considering any aspects, you should tick "yes"
