Mr. Kwong is under my supervision starting from 18th January 2006. During the reporting period, his overall performance was moderate.
As far as drive and determination is concerned, Mr. Kwong lacked energy and enthusiasm, and failed some of the tasks assigned to him. He deferred matters unnecessarily As a result, backlog was created and affected the operation of our office. His colleagues had to shoulder his work, resulting in poor morale.
Mr. Kwong made little efforts in answering telephone calls and customers’ enquiries. Concerning relations with customers, Mr. Kwong was inattentive to customers’ needs. He incurred complaints; both verbal and written ones.
Mr. Kwong’s ability to work under pressure was poor. He said that he was unable to answer customers’ enquiries when he was engaging in non-urgent tasks. He could not organize and prioritize his works. He had a record of absence from duty without any explanation.
