上面那句话是对的。
he is telling her don't to type it again。
这句话是错误的。
英语中，‘告诉某人做某事’是个固定句型：
tell sb.to do sth.
其否定结构直接在不定式前面加not, 即：
tell Sb.not to do sth.

don't的话应该为he is telling her she don't type it again
