nod 是要双写词尾的 d 的： nodding是对的。
Nodding one's head means agreeing in China.
mean to do sth 表示打算做某事
mean doing sth 表示意味着什么

Read the instructions before taking the medicine.
医药的说明应该用instruction,可用复数。

第一句我没怎么看出来，会不会是introductions的复数用错了...
第二句我觉得错误在nodding，我觉得应该改成nod
