为什么B不对？

matter 可以做动词也可以做名词 口语中两个区别不大 但这道题中是动词 是有关系、重要的意思 any后接matter就是名词了

转成陈述句 应该是

选B It does any matter if…… 这是什么吗 句子的样子都米的
所以A
而且做这种疑问句要先转成陈述句
