这个我遇到过，是没安装好。重新下载个安装。
把原先的删除卸载干净。

单击开始菜单里的运行输入regedit.exe按回车，找到HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III，单击右键Warcraft III删除，关闭注册表搞定

实在不行 你重安吧
