摘要：本文首先参照经济全球化迅速发展是世界经济发展的重要特征和发展趋势，促进着企业经营活动的国际化，成为中国经济发展重要组成部分的广大民营企业同样也不例外。

本文运用因果联系识别法，分析企业国际化对企业发展的影响，发现国际化道路对于改善经营结构，调动生产关系，淘汰落后生产力等有明显帮助，得出民营企业走上国际化道路的必要性。
结合案例分析，以对格兰仕企业国际化经营现状的调查研究为基础，分析并提出中国民营企业国际化经营的方向，选择与策略。
