Because my working laptop dose not have the Chinese typing system, is that OK I type in English to tell you sth?

I am working in the HSBC bank in AbuDhabi, so knowing something about the corporation setting up.

Firstly, you need to find a native person(UAE nationality) to be your sponsor, he should hold more than 51% of your company's share, and no exception for this.

Then, go to the commercial Chamber(for example, in Abu, it is ADCCI, which is short for Abu Dhabi Chamber of Comerce & Industry) to apply for the company, tell them about your capital, sponsorship, activities, and some other reqiured details.

The rest of all is just according to the ADCCI's procedure, and done~
