摘要】探讨在有机磷农药中毒早期如何采取措施预防反跳的发生。方法 收治护理86例中毒患者，针对发生反跳的原因，抓住治疗、护理的每一个环节。结果 86例中毒患者除5例病情较重死亡外，其余无一例发生反跳。结论 有机磷中毒早期，如果及时采取一系列治疗护理措施，可以有效减少反跳的发生，提高抢救成功率。
