主要负责电脑主板及附属设备研发阶段的测试工作。1.包括一些新机种的导入，编写或修改testplan和SOP，测试设备的维护以及管理和协调测试任务的分配；2.对每个Project测试进程的控制；3确定并解决工程师在测试过程中遇到的各种问题；4.对于测试组员新开bug的审核以及对每个bug进行追踪；5.针对测试中的问题与RD，PM，客户，供应商的沟通；6.后续还会针对工厂生产中遇到的问题或客户的客诉，复制并分析问题出现的原因，并在交叉验证后提交问题分析report。7.给部门新人培训以及新技术的学习和导入，参与部门内外技术经验交流等。
