When it is detected that non-compliance by the Contract Products arises from a manufacturing or packaging defect, and the claim covering the defects is made within the period stipulated in number 1 of the previous Clause, within 30 days the Seller shall assign the Buyer a credit in the amount corresponding to the defective products, which shall be deducted from the value of the next order.
