openGL 中fatal error:cannot open include file :'sal.h'

请教各位，我编译OPENGL 程序，可是提示 上面的错误，
请大家指点！

fatal error:cannot open include file :'sal.h'
致命错误： 不能打开包含文件: sal.h
可能是没有sal.h头文件。

少了sal.h点文件，把它加到你的工程的文件夹里。。。
