其实分析下语法也知道不能选A啊！（其实我语法很弱...）你看，determining本身就是个动名词，楼主选它无非就是2个目的：
a>让A选项整个做一个主语；b>希望成为一个祈使句
首先说a>情况，若选A，则后面那个closely无法修饰theories（是副词...），若修饰approximate，则语序不对......
b>祈使句显然是determine开头的！
总之，选A真的读的很不通顺......（个人觉得C比较好，相对来说...）

1.这个肯定不对啊！thus是副词，省略了主语a microphone,这里应该填makes it possible更好！
2.选A我觉得更好，that of就代表了前面的the annual worth of,这里是为了让语言更简洁，常见的语法现象；选B则句子结构都不完整啊！
3.嗯，这句话可能对你有些难度，其实它的意思是这样的：“蜥蜴缺乏一种内部的温度调节机制，而这种机制却是大多数生物拥有的！（翻得不太好，哈哈！）
这里的control其实用了它的名词，control也有名词用法的，你可以查查字典就知道了！
当然这里可能也省略了一些语句成分，你看我这样说你能不能理解：

如果转折意味要强一些，也可以这样说：
