Why we should listen? Due to the fact that we should show our respect, promote comprehension between people and people and set up good interpersonal relationship.
Who should listen? Parents should listen their children for comperhending the children and eliminating generation gap; Teachers listen their students for understanding the students and supplying the demands; The students listen each other
