Dear All，
Our annual performance review is currently underway.
Participate scope: P&G all full time members
Evaluation method: All staff self-evaluation plus director’s evaluation
Evaluatees shall fill in the form 2009 FYT Self Evaluation Form (attachment 1).
The performance form return deadline: September 18, 2009
Evaluator please fill in the form 2009 FYT Evaluation Form (attachment 2).
The return deadline: September 27, 2009
I will send out the evaluation staff list to the evaluation director later.
In order to make sure the evaluation is carried out in a fair and just basis, please do not discuss the evaluation with others. We will also keep the evaluation in confidential. The evaluators will be given opportunities to review the self-evaluation forms of their evaluatees only after filling out the evaluation forms.
Don will read all such forms.
It’s better to fill in the form in English, or Chinese will be OK.
