刚下了一个游戏，想要用symantec antivirus杀毒，结果显示symantec antivirus right-click scanning error……
Before you can perform a right-click scan, the main symantec antivirus service,RTVScan, must be running.To start this service, open symantec antivirus and click File > load service.
我在File里面找了半天load service,但是找不到……
Custom Scan也不能用，Scan按钮是灰的。
求大家帮帮忙啊！

西门铁壳的杀毒有点没落了，建议你使用eset，上网搜索一下就可以知道了，网上搜索“eset smart security ”，下载带自动获取ID的 （自动带防火墙），安装完成后，一切都是自动的 ，不用你再操心了。目前最新的版本是447，搜索的时候再加上447就可以了。病毒库全部自动升级而且全部免费。
