本人想申新加坡公立大学，其学校要求：International applicants who are not applying for our Research Scholarship or have indicated their wish to be considered for admission in the event that their Research Scholarship application is unsuccessful, must submit documentary evidence of their ability to support their study (e.g. a bank statement) indicating the availability of funding of at least S$15,000 or its equivalent.

我的目的并不是想申这一所，如果每一所大学都要开具“存款证明”那我又没有那么多人民币，我是想问是要存单复印件盖个银行业务公章就行，开具“存款证明”是要冻结几个月并且只有一式二份啊

是要求你出局有等价15000新元经济实力的证明。银行的存单是其中一种。
人家要你开局证明，又不是从你户头里拿钱。
这些看不懂，过去读书有些吃力
全文的意思是，没有申请奖学金或者想要申请但没批准的，需要出具经济实力证明。
你可以给他们出示原件，然后递交的时候是复印件。
多个存款把钱分开
冻结3个月差不多就可以
