then, why not forget?

1.If the previous things makes one very painful,why not forget it?(why do you remember it till now)
2.If the past thing is a sorrow,what about forgeting it.
3.The past thing makes me sorrow,instead pleasure comes upon forgeting it.
4.Forgetting is nothing just the beforetime is unbearable.
