The consultant hereby warrants that it is the sole and unencumbered owner of the drawings, designs, plans, reports, specifications, calculations and/or other documents or any part thereof and that none of the same or the use thereof as contemplated by this proposal infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
